Public RDF - Definition
A Public RDF statement is the quatuor:
(subject, object, predicate, context)
encoded as a sequence of netstrings and where subject and context are valid Public Names.
The unambiguous articulation in english of the Public RDF statement :
7:subject,9:predicate,6:object,7:context,
is:
"The string of 6 bytes
objectdescribes the resource identified by the string of 9 bytespredicateabout the Public Namesubjectin the context of the Public Namecontext"
without prejudice about its application. Hence, without prejudice to its possible applications!
For practical public use, the text of Public RDF statements should be encoded as UTF-8, yet nothing prevents the safe public use of contextual text encoding or binaries like cryptographic signatures or keys.
